Torgarhaugen rents out  double rooms.  When booking a room, bed linen and towels are included. When staying for longer periods, the rooms are cleaned once per week and towels are changed if desired.

The hotel uses an online booking, payment and check-in / check-out
system. The reception has limited opening hours. You will receive a code by text message or e-mail that you can use to get into your room throughout your stay.

Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is at 12 AM on the day of departure.
The code will stop working after these hours.

Pricing
Prices vary according to season and general demand. The price is
confirmed at the time of booking.

Sales and delivery terms
An SMS and e-mail will be sent to you on the check-in date. The room/rooms are booked immediately after the payment is completed. This
is done by sending an email to you with a receipt for your stay. This
receipt is proof that you as a guest have reserved a room for the given
period of time and therefore have the right to be accommodated during
this period.

Payment
We require full payment for the room/rooms booked 48 hours prior to
arrival.  A payment link will be sent to you by SMS. If booking is made less
than tow days prior to arrival, you will be requested to settle at the time
of booking. Key code to access your room will be sendt to you after the
payment has been registered.

Privacy and GDPR
Torgarhaugen processes personal data according to the GDPR. Information about your stay is collected only for use in connection with
your stay. Information that may be associated with you as a person will
never be made available to other businesses or be linked to other
external records.

Credit card details
When you book at Torgarhaugen, the payment will be processed by our
partner, Nets. This is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and
MasterCard/Eurocard. All card information is handeled in accordance to
the card companies' regulations.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel your stay, it is possible to do so 24 hours
after booking / payment has been completed. If the arrival date is the day
after the booking was made, cancellation is available for 4 hours after
the order was made. Cancellations must be sent in writing to our email
address, marked with "Cancellation" and the order number of the booking.
For bookings made through external websites like Booking.com or
torgarhaugen.com, cancellation must be made through the same website as
you made the booking in. Please not that in this event, the respective
cancellation policy of the external partner applies. If you do not
cancel according to the above rules you will be charged for the first
night of you stay.

Complaints
Should there be an error or defect in your room and you wish to claim
a refund, you must provide Torgarhaugen with a written notice (e-mail or
letter) within a reasonable period of time. Torgarhaugen will then
provide you with information on what to do next. The rules on complaints
can be found in the Consumer Buying Act (Consumer Purchase Act).

Right of withdrawal
There is no right of cancellation under the Travel Act.

Warranty
There is a guarantee under Norwegian law under the Travel Act.

Alcohol
It is not allowed to enjoy alcohol in the hotel's public areas.

House Rules

It is not allowed to let other people enter the hotel room other than
those listed as residents of the room. If there is special need for
this, this should be agreed with the hotel in advance. It is not allowed

to party in rooms or in public areas. Pets are not allowed.
